By purchasing propane or installation services, you agree to our Terms of Service. Propane purchases are non-refundable once delivered, dispensed, or used. Cancellations may be negotiated before delivery or product use. Installation fees are non-refundable once installation work has begun. Customers are responsible for providing safe and accessible conditions for delivery and installation.
